Ingredients
1 cup salted butter, softened
3-4 cups confectioners sugar
Zest from 1 large orange
5 Tbs. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. Lemon juice
Directions
Cream the butter in the mixer. Add the zest and juice and combine. Add the sugar a little at a time, using only as much as you actually need.
Whip until light and fluffy.
